The RASWIN program is installed on your local hard
drive in the
C:\program files (x86)\quadrant\raswin\ directory. Within this directory there is a sub-directory called REPORTS. By default, the Crystal Reports files (which define the content and format of the RASWIN reports) are installed in this directory. If you are running multiple copies of the RASWIN program your database must be installed on a shared network drive so that all workstations have access to the RASWIN database. If you want to locate the report files in a shared directory as well you can specify an alternate path to the report files via this setting For example, by default the program would use C:\program files (x86)\quadrant\raswin\ as the location for the report files, but if you located your report files on network drive Q: in a special directory called RASWINREPORTSyou would set this setting to Q:\RASWINREPORTS\. When you select and run a report the program will then look there instead of on the local drive. The path to the reports does not need to be the same as the path to the actual database. |

Most of the RASWIN can print a "location name" at
the
top of each page. This setting permits you to set
the
specific words that will appear, for example: City of Timbucktwo, Finance Department or Police Department The report location name is drawn from this setting, not the location name in the license. |
